严重创伤患者整体护理模式的应用意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析严重创伤患者整体护理模式的应用意义。方法方便选取于2019年1月—2020年8月在该院就诊的60例严重创伤患者为研究对象,结合患者护理方式不同,将其中实施整体护理模式的30例患者作为研究组,其他30例实施常规护理的患者作为对照组。实施不同护理方法,对比患者护理效果,指标观察急救指标、手术时间、术中出血量、体温恢复时间、住院时间、乳酸清除时间、PT、APTT恢复时间及护理满意度。结果研究组患者急救指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.583、16.190、31.226、11.927,P<0.05),且两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、体温恢复时间及住院时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者乳酸清除时间(11.25±2.23)h、PT、APTT恢复时间(12.36±2.32)h优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.955、33.026,P<0.05),研究组患者护理满意度96.67%优于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在严重创伤患者护理过程中,以整体护理模式作为患者护理模式,其应用的价值比较高,能够满足患者的护理需求,提升了患者护理质量,也在患者护理过程中,有效地为患者病情控制奠定了基础,所以能够以该模式为主导,提高护理质量。Objective To analyze the application significance of the holistic nursing model for severe trauma patients.Methods Conveniently selected 60 patients with severe trauma treated in the hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 as the research objects.Combined with the different nursing methods of patients,30 patients with holistic nursing mode were selected as the study group,and the other 30 patients with routine nursing were selected as the control group.Different nursing methods were implemented to compare the nursing effect of patients,and the indicators were observed:first aid index,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,temperature recovery time,hospital stay,lactic acid removal time,PT,APTT recovery time and nursing satisfaction.Results The first aid indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.583,16.190,31.226,11.927,P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,body temperature recovery time and hospital stay,between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The study group was significantly better than the control group.The lactic acid clearance time(11.25±2.23)h and the recovery time of PT and APTT(12.36±2.32)h in the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.955,33.026,P<0.05),the patient's nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.67% better than 73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with severe trauma,the application value of holistic nursing model as patient nursing model is relatively high,which can meet the nursing needs of patients,improve the quality of patient nursing.In the process of patient nursing,it can effectively lay the foundation for patient condition control.Therefore,it can be led by this model to improve the nursing quality.
