聚焦解决模式对癌症化疗患者负性情绪和癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在癌症化疗的护理效果以及对其负性情绪和癌因性疲乏的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2019年1—12月的80例癌症化疗患者,依据知情同意原则征得调查对象同意后,在南通大学附属医院肿瘤化疗科调查乳腺癌患者的一般人口学资料以及癌因性疲乏状况。根据问卷调查结果筛选出有癌因性疲乏的患者,之后随机将患者分为常规护理干预组以及聚焦解决干预组,每组40例患者。比较两组负性情绪相关评分以及癌因性疲乏量表当中情感、躯体和认知功能3项评分、护理满意度、外周细胞免疫功能水平。结果护理前两组各评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后聚焦解决干预组负性情绪相关评分低于常规护理干预组,癌因性疲乏量表中情感、躯体和认知功能3项评分低于常规护理干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。聚焦解决干预组护理满意评分(94.23±0.56)分显著高于常规护理干预组,差异有统计学意义(t=116.534,P<0.05)。护理前两组外周细胞免疫功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后聚焦解决干预组外周细胞免疫功能水平CD3^(+)(53.98±5.05)%、CD4^(+)(49.08±5.32)%显著高于常规护理干预组CD3^(+)(43.96±4.92)%、CD4^(+)(38.72±5.41)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌症化疗患者采用聚焦解决可更好缓解患者负性情绪,减轻癌因性疲乏,提高免疫功能和满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of focused solution model in cancer chemotherapy and its influence on negative emotion and cancer-related fatigue.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cancer chemotherapy patients in the hospital from January to December 2019.After obtaining the consent of the survey participants based on the principle of informed consent,the general demographic data and cancer-related fatigue status of breast cancer patients were investigated in the department of oncology and chemotherapy of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,patients with cancer-related fatigue were screened out,and then the patients were randomly divided into a routine nursing intervention group and a focused solution intervention group.There were 40 patients in each group,and the negative emotion-related scores and the three scores of emotional,physical and cognitive function in the Cancer Fatigue Scale,nursing satisfaction,and peripheral cell immune function levels were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of the scores between the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After nursing,the negative emotion-related scores of the focused solution intervention group were lower than those of the conventional nursing intervention group,and the three scores of emotion,physical and cognitive functions in the cancer fatigue scale were lower than the conventional nursing intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score(94.23±0.56)points of the focused solution intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(t=116.534,P<0.05).Peripheral cell immune function level comparison between the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After nursing,the peripheral cell immune function level CD3^(+)(53.98±5.05)%and CD4^(+)(49.0
