摘　　要：自然资源机构成立后,业务管理工作调整及“放管服”不断深化;同时信息技术也在不断升级换代,系统及数据服务对象范围也不断扩大,现有系统已完全不能满足现有的业务需求。本文以福清市为例,遵循立足现状、集约节约、适度超前、互联共享的建设原则,从自然资源业务流程分析、系统总体架构、空间数据整合、平台建设等方面入手探讨了一张图实施监督系统建设的内容,为福清市自然资源政务辅助决策提供精准、权威的数据及平台支撑。With the establishment of natural resources organization,the adjustment of business management and the deepening of“management service”,at the same time,information technology is constantly upgrading and iterating,and the system and data service objects are also expanding.The existing system cannot meet the existing business requirements.This paper takes Fuqing as an example,following the principles of building based on the current situation,intensive saving,moderate advancing and interconnection sharing,discusses the contents of a map implementation supervision system construction from the aspects of business process analysis,system overall structure,spatial data integration and platform construction,etc.,so as to provide accurate and authoritative data and platform support for the government assistant decision-making of natural resources in Fuqing City.
