摘　　要：在对覆盖全国国土1∶10000正射影像成果开展检查验收的基础上,从样本外成果总体概查角度入手,探讨了1∶10000正射影像成果的质量控制方法。本文依据全国三调影像成果的质量要求,从影响样本外成果质量的关键及重大的质量元素或检查项方面,提出了质量控制关键节点;基于正射影像成果总体概查中存在的主要质量问题,认真梳理、分析,并给出相应的解决方案,可为其他比例尺正射影像成果的质量检验提供了技术参考,也为1∶10000正射影像成果的质量提升提供了解决思路。Based on the specifications for quality inspection and acceptance of 1∶10000 scale orthophoto images at the national level,this paper discusses the quality control methods of 1∶10000 scale orthophoto products from the overall inspection of outside the sample.According to the quality requirements of 1∶10000 scale orthophoto products in the third national land survey in terms of key and significant quality elements or inspection items that affect the quality of results outside the sample,this paper puts forward the key nodes of quality control.On the basis of typical quality problems in overall inspection of orthophoto products,it carefully sorts out,analyzes in-depth,and finally gives corresponding solutions.This paper provides a technical reference for the quality inspection of other scale orthophoto products,and also provides a solution to the quality improvement of 1∶10000 scale orthophoto products.
