摘　　要：以“以本为本”为视角,通过分析“双一流”大学建设背景下实施高校一流专业的时代需求,一流专业建设的政策内涵以及当前高校专业建设中存在的共性问题,并以温州医科大学一流专业的建设与实践为例,对高校一流专业的建设进行了有益的尝试,以期为其他高等学校一流专业建设提供参考。From the perspective of"undergraduate-oriented education,this paper not merely analyzes the needs of the times for the implementation of first-class majors in colleges and universities under the background of“double first-class”university construction,but also deals with both the policy connotation of first-class specialty construction and the common problems existing in the current specialty construction in colleges and universities.At the same time a beneficial attempt is made to construct the first-class majors in colleges and universities by taking the construction and practice of first-class majors in Wenzhou Medical University as an example in order to provide reference for the construction of first-class majors in other colleges and universities.
