摘  要:通过测定不同收获期紫花苜蓿干燥过程中叶绿素含量及营养指标等,研究苜蓿叶绿素含量与营养物质含量之间的相关性,探究以苜蓿干草色泽鉴定其干草品质的可行性。结果表明:不同茬次不同花期的苜蓿干燥过程中,叶绿素含量以及粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、相对饲用价值(RFV)等养分的变化规律基本一致,在干燥0~12h快速变化,12h后变化幅度逐渐降低,叶绿素、粗蛋白、RFV值均随干燥时间延长而降低,NDF和ADF含量则与之相反;叶绿素a含量下降速度均快于叶绿素b且不同收获期损失率均大于叶绿素b;干燥过程中出现低温潮湿天气,会加速叶绿素和营养物质的流失;干燥过程中,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量与CP、NDF、ADF及RFV等营养指标存在显著或极显著相关,表明叶绿素含量可作为衡量苜蓿干草营养品质的指标。In order to explore the feasibility of using alfalfa hay color to identify its quality,the indexes of chlorophyll and nutritive value(Crude protein,CP;neutral detergent fiber,NDF;acid detergent fiber,ADF;relative feeding value,RFV)during drying process of alfalfa at different harvest stages were measured,and the correlation between alfalfa chlorophyll content and nutrient content was analyzed.The results showed that the changes of chlorophyll content were basically the same as those of CP,NDF,ADF and RFV during drying process of alfalfa with different cutting time and different flowering stages.They all changed rapidly from 0 to 12 hours,and then gradually changed after 12 hours.The content of chlorophyll,CP,and RFV decreased with the extension of drying time,NDF and ADF content were on the contrary.The decreased rate of chlorophyll a(C_(a))content was faster than that of chlorophyll b(C_(b) ),and the loss rate of C_(a) in different harvest time was greater than that of C_(b).During the drying process,low temperature and humid weather could accelerate the loss of chlorophyll and nutrients.During the drying process,the content of C_(a),C_(b) and total chlorophyll were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with the nutritional indexes such as CP,NDF,ADF and RFV,indicating that the chlorophyll content can be used as an index to measure the nutritional quality of alfalfa hay.
