《湖南省新冠肺炎疫情防控中医药诊疗方案(2021年第二版)》解读

摘　　要：近日,湖南多地出现新冠肺炎疫情,湖南省新冠肺炎中医药防治专家组在总结前期治疗新冠肺炎经验的基础上,结合湖南省特有的地域及气候特点,制定了《湖南省新冠肺炎疫情防控中医药诊疗方案(2021年第二版)》。新版方案考虑到湿热暑三邪对疫疠之气的影响,疫疠之邪与湿热暑邪交织为患,则与往常致病特点稍有不同。方案包括预防方案及治疗方案,治疗方案按照无症状感染者、轻型、普通型、重型、恢复期5个分期8个证型进行辨证处方。本文对此次病邪特点、预防方案及治疗方案进行一一解读。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has been reported in Hunan recently.Based on the experience of the early diagnosis of COVID-19 and the unique geographical and climatic characteristics of Hunan Province,the expert group on prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in Hunan province has formulated the“TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Program of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Hunan Province(Second Edition 2021)”.The new version of the scheme takes into account the influence of the three evils of damp,heat and summer-heat on the gas of epidemic disease.The evil of epidemic disease is intertwined with the evil of damp,heat and summer-heat,which is slightly different from the usual pathogenic characteristics.The scheme includes prevention scheme and treatment scheme.The treatment scheme is divided into 8 syndrome types according to 5 stages of asymptomatic infection,light,ordinary,heavy and recovery period.This paper interprets the pathogenic characteristics,prevention scheme and treatment scheme one by one.
