中医药防治心力衰竭心肌线粒体损伤的研究进展

摘　　要：心肌线粒体损伤是心力衰竭病理生理机制的重要环节之一,线粒体保护途径已成为防治心力衰竭损伤的研究热点。中医药能够通过稳定线粒体膜电位、增强呼吸链复合体活性、调节钙浓度、减轻氧化应激、调控细胞凋亡、保护mtDNA等作用来减轻心力衰竭对心肌线粒体的损伤。本文就近年来中医药改善心力衰竭心肌线粒损伤研究进展作一综述,以期为中医药防治心衰提供客观的科学依据。Myocardial mitochondrial injury is one of the important links in the pathophysiological mechanism of heart failure.Mitochondrial protection pathway has become a research hotspot in the prevention and treatment of heart failure injury.Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the damage of heart failure to myocardial mitochondria by stabilizing mitochondrial membrane potential,enhancing the activity of respiratory chain complex,regulating calcium concentration,reducing oxidative stress,regulating cell apoptosis and protecting mtDNA.This paper reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in improving myocardial mitochondrial injury in heart failure in recent years,in order to provide objective scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of heart failure.
