摘  要:无油涡旋压缩机具有结构紧凑、运转平稳、效率高等优点,相较于其他类型的容积式压缩机更适合于无油化运行,随着无油压缩机需求的增长而被广泛应用。但是密封、润滑、冷却、防自转等技术问题限制了无油涡旋压缩机的性能,也成为了目前研究无油涡旋的热点。概述了这些关键技术问题的研究现状,并对其技术特点进行了总结。The oil-free scroll compressor has the advantages of compact structure,stable operation and high efficiency.Therefore,the oil-free scroll compressor is more suitable for oil-free operation than other types of positive displacement compressor.With the increasing demand of oil-free compressors,it is widely used.However,technical problems such as sealing,lubrication,cooling and anti-rotation limit the performance of oil-free scroll compressors.As a result,the problems become hot research area to study oil-free scroll compressor at present.This paper summarizes the research status of these key technical problems and summarizes their technical characteristics.
