摘  要:随着国家发改委、财政部等五部门联合印发的《关于加快推进天然气储备能力建设的实施意见》的出台,我国地下储气库将迎来黄金发展期。在地下储气库的运行中,压缩机作为核心设备,在储气库注气阶段起着决定性作用,决定了储气库是否能将天然气注入地层实现天然气储备和储存的目的。因此确保压缩机的稳定运行显得至关重要。通过对某地下储气库压缩机运行中出现的因气缸余隙调节装置故障而导致的气缸撞缸故障案例进行分析和总结,提出相关管理建议,以防止此类故障的再次发生,提高压缩机的运行管理水平。同时总结经验教训,以供同行参考,也对地下储气库压缩机的安全平稳运行有一些借鉴意义。With the promulgation of the“Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Natural Gas Reserve Capacity”jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance,the underground gas storage in China will usher in a golden development period.In the operation of underground gas storage,as the core equipment,the compressor plays a decisive role in the gas injection phase of gas storage,and determines whether the gas storage can inject natural gas into the formation to achieve the purpose of natural gas storage.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the stable operation of compressor.This paper analyzes and summarizes the cases of cylinder collision caused by the failure of the cylinder clearance adjustment device in the operation of a compressor in the underground gas storage,and puts forward related management suggestions to prevent such failures from occurring again and improve the level of operation and management of compressor.At the same time,the experience and lessons are summrized for the reference of the peers,and also have some reference significances for the safe and stable operation of the underground gas storage compressor.
