摘  要:军队大型三级综合性医院是为部队服务的主要力量,但面临就医流程繁复不畅、军地患者矛盾冲突等问题。研究从多个途径走访调研,明确为军服务存在问题,从实体化和软实力两个层面着力打造整合式军人门诊,实现官兵一体化便捷就诊服务,并总结经验,以期能为军队医院建设和政策制定提供实践和理论依据。Large-scale military tertiary general hospitals are the main force serving the army,but they are faced with problems such as complicated and sluggish medical treatment process and conflicts between military and lo⁃cal patients.Through the visit and investigation from many ways,the research made clear the problems existing in ser⁃ving the military.Efforts were made to build an integrated military outpatient service from two aspects of materializa⁃tion and soft power,and the integrated and convenient medical service for officers and men were realized.Experience was summed up in order to provide practical and theoretical basis for military hospital construction and policy making.
