摘　　要：通过野战医疗队远赴高原执行演训任务的实践,梳理总结平原地区野战医疗队执行高原寒区卫勤保障任务的经验做法及存在的矛盾问题,提出从野战医疗队的人员编配、药材装备筹措和科学训练等方面加强高原寒区卫勤保障能力建设,在提高军队卫勤自我保障能力基础上满足官兵医疗保障需求,以更好地适应未来战争需求。Based on the practice of field medical teams going to the plateau to perform training tasks,this paper combed and summarized the experience,practice and existing contradictions of field medical teams in plain areas to perform medical support tasks in plateau cold areas,and proposed to strengthen the construction of medical support capacity in plateau cold areas from the aspects of personnel allocation,medicine and equipment financing and scientific training,and meet the medical support needs of officers and soldiers on the basis of improving the self support ability of military medical service so as to better adapt to the needs of future war.
