摘　　要：通过梳理美军战术战伤救治(Tactical Combat Casualty Care,TCCC)指南的发展历程,学习其核心理念和最新救治标准,对我军机动卫勤分队人员战救技能培训现状进行分析,提出改进建议,以期培训更加符合部队现状,贴近实战化。By combing the development process of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care(TCCC)guide of the U.S.army,learning its core concepts and the latest treatment standards,this paper analyzed the current situation of the combat rescue skill training of the personnel of the mobile medical service unit of our army,and put forward suggestions in order to make the training more in line with the current situation of the army and close to the require⁃ments of actual combat.
