复方角菜酸酯乳膏和硫酸镁湿敷对产后会阴伤口水肿及疼痛的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究复方角菜酸酯乳膏和硫酸镁湿敷对产后会阴伤口水肿及疼痛的治疗效果。方法研究对象为2018年6月至2020年6月入院的200例阴道分娩会阴侧切后切口后水肿产妇,参考随机数字表法分为研究组(100例)与对照组(100例);对照组选用50%硫酸镁湿热敷治疗,研究组选用复方角菜酸酯乳膏治疗;比较两组产妇治疗前后疼痛评分与治疗后总有效率。结果两组产妇治疗前疼痛评分无差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后较治疗前疼痛评分更低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后较治疗前疼痛评分无差异(P>0.05);研究组较对照组治疗后疼痛评分更低(P<0.05);两组产妇的治疗后总有效率无差异(P>0.05)。结论复方角菜酸酯乳膏与硫酸镁湿敷治疗产后会阴伤口水肿均具有显著效果,但硫酸镁湿敷无法有效缓解产妇疼痛,而复方角菜酸酯乳膏可显著减轻疼痛。Objective:To study the effect of compound carrageate cream and magnesium sulfate wet compress on postpartum perineal wound edema and pain.Methods:Between June 2018 and June 2020,200 cases of puerpera with edema after incision after lateral episiotomy during vaginal delivery were enrolled,and they were divided into study group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate wet hot compress,and the study group was treated with compound carrageate cream.The pain score before and after treatment and the total effective rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no difference in pain scores after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound carrageate cream and magnesium sulfate wet compress have significant effect on the treatment of postpartum perineal wound edema,but magnesium sulfate wet compress cannot effectively relieve puerperal pain,while compound carrageate cream can significantly relieve pain.
