中药外用活血生肌疗法在院外长期卧床压力性损伤护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血生肌中药冲洗联合外敷技术在院外长期卧床压力性损伤护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2020年3月收治的49例院外长期卧床压力性损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组24例,观察组25例。对照组实施抗感染治疗和传统清创对症处理,观察组实施抗感染治疗及活血生肌中药煎剂冲洗联合外敷技术干预。干预4周,对比两组压力性损伤各期好转情况及有效率、创面愈合情况及患者舒适度评价。结果干预后,观察组不同分期的压力性损伤好转率均明显优于对照组,有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面肉芽生长时间及创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评价均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对院外长期卧床压力性损伤护理中应用活血生肌中药冲洗联合外敷中医治疗技术,能显著促进创面的愈合进度,提高患者舒适度。Objective:To explore the Effect of TCM external therapy of promoting blood circulation and strengthening muscles on nursing of stress injury in long-term bed outside hospital.Methods:A total of 49 patients with out-of-hospital long-term bedridden stress injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with anti-infective therapy and traditional debridement,while the observation group was treated with anti-infective therapy and TCM decoction washing combined with external application.After 4 weeks of intervention,the improvement and effective rate,wound healing and comfort evaluation of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the recovery rate of different stages of stress injury in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The growth time and healing time of wound granulation in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The comfort evaluation of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM washing combined with TCM external application can significantly promote the healing progress of wound surface and improve the comfort level of patients in the care of long-term bed-rest pressure injury outside the hospital.
