综合性护理对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者肝功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者接受综合性护理对患者肝功能的影响。方法对本院接收的62例非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者进行随机分组,入院时间为2018年1月至2020年5月。行常规护理与综合性护理的两组患者分别为对照组(n=31)与观察组(n=31)。对比患者干预后的肝功能指标。结果护理前,两组患者的肝功能指标无显著差异。两组患者经护理后,肝功能指标较护理前有所改善,且观察组患者肝功能指标AST(26.7±6.1)U/L、ALT(31.7±2.3)U/L、TBIL(13.1±5.3)mmol/L、GGT(29.9±4.1)U/L与对照组相比,改善更显著,P<0.05。结论非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者接受综合性护理,对患者肝功能指标具有显著的改善作用。Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on liver function of patients with nonalcoholic simple fatty liver.Methods:A total of 62 patients with nonalcoholic simple fatty liver disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were randomly assigned.Two groups of patients receiving routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31).The liver function indexes of patients after intervention were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in liver function index between the two groups.After nursing,liver function indexes of the two groups were improved compared with before nursing,and liver function indexes of AST(26.7±6.1)U/L,ALT(31.7±2.3)U/L,TBIL(13.1±5.3)mmol/L,GGT(29.9±4.1)U/L in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the liver function index of patients with nonalcoholic simple fatty liver.
