摘　　要：垃圾转运压缩过程中产生大量的压滤液,其中所含有的高浓度有机物、含氮污染物等会对水生态环境造成极大威胁。采用电凝聚臭氧气浮预处理-MBR-电凝聚臭氧气浮深度处理组合工艺,构建1.5 m3/d垃圾压滤液净化中试试验系统,对徐州某垃圾中转站压滤液净化效果进行分析,试验稳定运行90 d发现:该系统预处理COD、TN、NH3-N、TP去除率分别为37%、9%、18%、35%;A/O-MBR+电凝聚臭氧气浮深度处理工艺对应污染物去除率分别达到95%、94%、92%、91%以上,中试系统出水稳定达标。从人工维护费、药剂及耗材费、装置耗电费等方面核算该系统最高处理成本为139元/t,仅为当地市场价格的46%。结果表明,该工艺对垃圾压滤液净化具有广阔的推广和应用价值。A large amount of leachate is produced in the process of waste transportation and compression,which contains high concentration organic matter and nitrogen-containing pollutants,meanwhile lead a great threat to the water ecological environment.The 1.5 m3/d pilot scale experiment system for leachate treatment was constructed by using the electrocoagulation and ozone flotation(pretreatment)-MBR-the electrocoagulation and ozone flotation(advanced treatment)process.The purification effect of leachate from refuse transfer station in Xuzhou was analyzed.After 90 days stable operation,the experimental results showed that the pretreatment removal efficiencies of COD,TN,NH3-N and TP were 37%,9%,18%and 35%,while the removal efficiencies of pollutants in the A/O-MBR combined process with advanced treatment were above 95%,94%,92%and 91%,respectively.The pilot scale purification system effluent always could meet the standard of discharge.Meanwhile,in terms of labor maintenance cost,pharmacy and consumables costs,equipment power consumption and so on,the highest processing cost of this system was 139 yuan/t,which was only 46%of the local market price.Research suggested that this process for purification waste leachate is worth extending the application.
