摘 要:为了对质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)的动态工作特性及温度等关键参数的变化规律进行研究,首先基于MATLAB/Simulink平台建立了阳极闭端式空冷型PEMFC的电化学模型和传热模型,并结合实验数据对建立的模型进行验证和校准,然后对电堆在不同工况下的动态输出特性开展模拟研究。结果表明,电堆的输出电压会由于负载的变化和温度的调节出现过冲、下冲的瞬态响应现象及平缓的过渡过程,且温度与负载电流的变化越大,输出的瞬态变化幅度越大,调节时间也越长。所建立的PEMFC动态输出模型可以准确地预测电堆的输出特性及最佳工作温度,为制定电堆热管理控制策略提供理论依据。To study the dynamic performance and the effect of working temperature on a dead-ended anode air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),an electrochemical model and heat transfer model of the anode dead-ended air-cooled PEMFC was established based on MATLAB/Simulink.Experimental measurement was carried out to verify and calibrate the model.Simulating and experimental study were performed on the dynamic performance of the stack in different working conditions.The results show that the stack voltage presented a transient behavior of over/undershoot,and smooth transition process due to current changes and temperature responses.It is found that the magnitude of voltage transient over/undershoot and the adjusting time increased with the increase of the current change ranges.The dynamic model established in this paper can accurately predict the output performance of the PEMFC stack.Researches in this paper provide a theoretical foundation for the formulation of stack thermal management control strategies.
