摘 要:培养和造就一批技术精湛,又能将技术、社会和市场三者紧密结合的工程博士,既是满足企业发展的需要,也是新时代更好地服务国家和行业重大工程的要求。我国设置工程博士专业学位授权点的时间较短,研究培养仍然处于起步阶段,各高校正在积极探索培养制度与模式。文章以资源与环境工程博士17所试点高校为研究对象,对比分析了国内知名高校资源与环境工程博士专业学位授权点建设成效,研究了不同高校资源与环境工程博士的培养模式与特色,包括培养目标、培养方案、招生政策、课程设置、导师团队和学位授予标准六个方面。Cultivating and bringing up a group of engineering PhDs who are technology-skilled and could combine technology,society and market closely not only meets the needs of enterprise development,but also serves the major projects of the country and industry better in the new era.Setting up history of the Chinese engineering doctor's degree authorization centers is relatively short.Research and training is still in its infancy which needs active exploring training systems and models by universities.In this paper,we studied the data of Resource and Environmental Engineering PhDs from 17 experimental universities in China,by comparing their constructive effectiveness.Six aspects of training mode and characteristics of these universities are intensively studied,including the training objectives,training programs,enrollment policies,curriculum settings,tutor teams and degree-awarding standards.
