摘 要:新一代人工智能技术的突破性进展为教育领域带来深刻变革。智能导师系统是人工智能技术在教育教学实践活动中的典型应用。面对席卷全球的新冠疫情,智能导师系统为在线教学提供了个性化的学习支持服务,成为维持教育体系正常秩序的技术保障,是当前教育领域研究热点之一。阐述了智能导师系统的体系结构,结合当前ITS的研究进展与典型应用系统,深入分析了领域模型、学生模型和教师模型所使用的理论、方法与技术,研究三者之间关系的本质,指出以AI技术为基础的自动化测评研究可能是未来智能导师系统的突破口。The breakthrough progress of the new generation of artificial intelligence technology has brought profound changes to the education field.The intelligent tutor system is a typical application of artificial intelligence technology in education and teaching practice activities.In the face of the COVID-19 epidemic that is sweeping the world,the intelligent tutoring systems based on AI technology provide personalized learning support services for online teaching,has become a technical guarantee for maintaining the normal order of the education system,and it is one of the current research hotspots in the education field.Combining the latest developments in AI technology,analyzes the theories,methods and key technologies used in the domain model,learner model and teacher model in the intelligent tutor system architecture,and points out the nature of the relationship between the three.On this basis,it is further pointed out that the research of automated evaluation based on AI technology may be the breakthrough point of the intelligent tutor system in the future.
