基于CATIA的汽车水箱焊装夹具的设计

摘　　要：从焊装夹具的组成、设计步骤、总体方案设计、仿真干涉检查等方面对汽车水箱焊装夹具进行分析。分析认为,利用汽车焊装夹具专用软件CATIA设计的水箱分总成夹具可以帮助企业技术人员提高设计效率,降低企业开发成本,进而实现水箱分总成的设计标准化和柔性化。The automotive water tank welding fixture is analyzed from the composition of the welding fixture,design steps,overall scheme design,and simulation interference check.The analysis concluded that the water tank sub-assembly fixture designed by using CATIA,a special software for automotive welding fixture,can help enterprise technicians improve design efficiency,reduce enterprise development costs,and then realize the standardization and flexibility of water tank sub-assembly design.
