摘　　要：设计了基于LabVIEW采集平台的真空抑爆装置,本装置可以模拟管道内不同工况下的气体爆炸实验,惰性气体抑爆实验,真空抑爆实验。通过测定火焰传播速度、爆炸压力、火焰厚度、观察火焰形状等,进行数据分析,探究可燃气体燃爆机理。本文介绍了实验装置的各部分构成,管内爆炸压力的计算,以及操作流程。A vacuum explosion suppression device based on the LabVIEW acquisition platform is designed.This device can simulate gas explosion experiments,inert gas explosion suppression experiments,and vacuum explosion suppression experiments under different working conditions in the pipeline.By measuring flame propagation speed,explosion pressure,flame thickness,observing flame shape,etc.,conduct data analysis and explore the mechanism of combustible gas explosion.This article introduces the composition of each part of the experimental device,the calculation of the explosion pressure in the tube,and the operation process.
