摘　　要：基于圆锥层压破碎理论,通过视频传感器现实监控等现代手段,深入研究特雷克斯TC系列圆锥破碎机层压破碎机理及腔内破碎的每个阶段。通过多年的实践,数据收集整理,精确解析影响圆锥破产能主要因素及相关曲线关系,获得曲线图表,指导在实际应用中的圆锥破碎机选型。基于实际测试获得破碎力信息,结合圆锥破碎机的工作原理与结构特点,计算各种腔型破碎力区别及特点。Based on the theory of cone crusher Inerparticle Breakage,through modern means such as video sensor reality monitoring,further study of TEREX TC series cone crusher Inerparticle Breakage mechanism and each phase of the crushing cavity;Through years of practice,the data collected,accurate analytical main factors influencing cone bankruptcy can and related curve relationship,gain curve chart,guidance in practical application of crusher selection;Based on the actual testing for crushing force information,combining with the working principle and structural characteristics of cone crusher,calculating the cavity type crushing force difference and characteristics.
