体外冲击波联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠对顽固性肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外冲击波联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠对顽固性肩周炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年10月间乳山市人民医院收治的88例顽固性肩周炎患者,根据患者入院时间分为观察组(44例)与对照组(44例)。对照组给予腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,联合体外冲击波治疗,对比两组疼痛水平及肩关节功能。结果:治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.64±0.97)分较对照组(3.46±1.42)评分低,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分(64.48±12.08)分较对照组(55.76±11.52)评分高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.020、3.465,P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗顽固性肩周炎疗效较好,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of refractory scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:88 patients with refractory scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in the hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected,according to the admission time of patients,they were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases).The control group was given intravascular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group(1.64±0.97)was lower than(3.46±1.42)of the control group,the ConstantMurley shoulder function score of the observation group(64.48±12.08)was higher than(55.76±11.52)of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=7.020、3.465,P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate has relatively good efficacy in the treatment of refractory scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can relieve pain degree and improve shoulder joint function of patients.
