摘  要:以聚合氯化铝(polymeric aluminum chloride,PAC)或聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride,PDADMAC)为阴离子垃圾捕捉剂(anionic trash catcher,ATC),考察其在优化育果袋纸生产工艺、降低主要化学品用量方面的可行性。结果表明,PDADMAC能有效控制湿部体系pH,降低体系电导率及阳离子需求量,明显减少硫酸铝、抗水剂等主要化学助剂用量,同时,提升了成品纸张的透气度、抗水性及湿强度。In this paper,two anionic trash catcher(ATC)-polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)and poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(PDADMAC),were used to investigate the possibility of improving the wet end chemical craft and decreasing the dosage of major chemicals in the production of fruit cultivating bag paper.The results showed that PDADMAC can effectively control the pH of the wet end system,reduce the electrical conductivity and cation demand of the system,significandy reduce the amount of main chemical additives such as aluminum sulfate and water-resistant agent.Meanwhile,the air permeability,water resistance and wet strength of paper were increased.
