莫言小说中的意象叙事

摘　　要：中国古代文学中意象运用的成功经验,启发了莫言的艺术灵感。莫言在小说创作中运用了纷繁多彩的意象,有自然意象、社会意象和民俗意象等,借助意象的象征作用,使意象成为叙事的焦点,将所蕴含的哲理意义含蓄地显示出来,实现了对诗意的追求。意象还具有疏通文章经络,贯通伏脉、沟通情节联系的功能。成功的意象运用能够激发出作品的艺术魅力,起到画龙点睛的作用。意象犹如小说中的眼睛,透过这一眼睛,就可洞察到作品的审美内涵之所在,如红萝卜、红高粱、红耳朵等就是这样的“文眼”。Enlightened by the successful practice on image in ancient Chinese literature,Mo Yan applies colorful images of nature,of society,of folklore and so on in his novels.Image thus becomes the focus of narrative,implicitly showing the philosophy and realizing his poetic pursuit.It can also dredge the channel of the works,communicate the plot,and stimulate the artistic charm.Images such as radish,red sorghum,and red ears in Mo Yan's creations are just like the eyes of novels,and readers could see the aesthetic connotation of these novels through them.
