后“疫情”时代高校就业指导与思想政治教育相融合的路径研究

摘　　要：后疫情时代,学生心理和思想都有了变化,就业思想政治教育也就呈现出了新特点,因此就业指导有必要与思想政治教育两相融合。而结合线下实地调研和线上问卷调查,可以发现当前就业思想政治教育存在融合深度不够、实施路径单一、教育内容陈旧、队伍力量薄弱等问题,可从目标导向、点面结合、创新模式、队伍建设等方面提出就业指导与思想政治教育相融合的路径措施。Focusing on the post-epidemic era,this article analyzes the new characteristics of career ideological and political education based on the changes in students’psychology and ideology,and expounds the necessity of the integration of career guidance and ideological and political education.The paper combines offline field surveys with online questionnaire to analyze the current four problems of career ideological and political education,which includes insufficient integration,single implementation path,outdated education content and weak team strength.From the four aspects including goal orientation,point-to-face integration,innovation mode and team building,it puts forward the measures for the integration of career guidance and ideological and political education.
