羊毛用原色纤维混合色域空间扩展研究

摘　　要：为了减少企业色纤维库存,采用不同颜色的染料上染本色羊毛纤维,与油墨三原色品红、黄、青色对比,通过统计分析光谱反射率值优选出三原色纤维,同时将三原色纤维两两等质量比混合均匀得到3种间色纤维,得到三原色纤维的均匀混合色域空间。对3种间色纤维进行改进,利用不同颜色的染料上染纤维后与标准油墨间色红、绿、蓝色对比,优选出3种间色纤维,与优选的三原色纤维共同组成一组改进后的原色纤维,并利用上述实验方法直接从企业羊毛色纤维库存中筛选出一组企业的原色纤维。结果表明,改进后的原色纤维的混合色域空间更广,优选出的企业原色纤维混合色域空间范围可覆盖到96.8%以上的企业常用色纤维。In order to reduce the stock of color fiber,the wool fibers were dyed with different colored dyes,and compared with the three primary colors magenta,yellow and cyan of printing ink,the trichromatic fiber was optimized by statistical analysis of spectral reflectance value.At the same time,three kinds of secondary color fibers were obtained by mixing the trichromatic fibers with equal mass ratio,and the uniform mixing gamut space of the trichromatic fibers was obtained.In order to improve the three secondary color fibers,the three secondary color fibers were selected by dyeing the fibers with different colors,and compared with the standard ink secondary colors of red,green and blue,and then formed a group of improved primary color fibers together with the preferred three primary color fibers.Then,a group of primary color fibers of enterprises were directly screened from the stock of wool color fibers by using the above experimental method.The results show that the mixed gamut space of the improved primary color fibers is wider,and the range of the mixed gamut space of a group of primary color fibers can cover more than 96.8%of the common color fibers of the enterprise.
