摘  要:为了提高羊毛纤维的芳香抗菌耐水洗性能,首先采用二氯异氰尿酸钠(DCCA)对羊毛纤维进行预处理,然后再采用喷淋法对纤维进行芳香抗菌复合整理。利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和拉伸断裂测试等方法对DCCA预处理前后纤维的微观形貌与结构、耐热性和力学性能等变化进行表征分析。结果表明:当DCCA用量为2.0%(owf)、整理时间为10 min时,羊毛纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均为99.99%,香精含量为40.95 mg/g;水洗30次后,纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.48%和88.45%,经自然放置30天后和水洗15次后的纤维香精含量分别为11.92和10.2 mg/g。试验结果表明,经DCCA预处理后,羊毛纤维的芳香抗菌耐水洗性能得到了显著提升。In order to improve the performance of aromatic antibacterial and washing resistance of wool fiber,it was pretreated with sodium dichloroisocyanurate(DCCA),and then treated with aromatic antibacterial composite finishing by spraying method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and tensile fracture test were used to characterize and analyze the microstructure,heat resistance and mechanical properties of DCCA fibers before and after pretreatment.The results show that when the dosage of DCCA was 2.0%(owf)and finishing time was 10 min,the antibacterial rates of wool fiber against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 99.99%,and the essence content was 40.95 mg/g.After washing for 30 times,the antibacterial rates of the fiber against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 99.48%and 88.45%,and the contents of the fiber essence after 30 days of natural storage and 15 times of washing were 11.92 and 10.2 mg/g,respectively.The results show that after pretreatment with DCCA,the aromatic antibacterial and washing resistance of wool fibers were significantly improved.
