五倍子天然色素在毛条染色中的应用

摘　　要：为了研究五倍子天然色素对精梳毛条的染色工艺,为生态环保纺织品的开发提供参考,文章从五倍子色素的提取、五倍子色素上染毛条的方法以及染色过程中的媒染剂种类及质量浓度、pH值、染料用量、染色温度、染色时间等方面,对五倍子天然色素的毛条染色工艺进行了实验分析,确定了五倍子天然色素上染毛条的最佳工艺,对染色后毛条的耐摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度进行了测试,测试结果均达到3级以上,可满足服用精纺毛纺织品的色牢度要求,证明了染色工艺的可行性。In order to study the dyeing technology of Chinese gallnut natural dye for wool top and provide reference for the development of eco-friendly textiles,the dyeing process of wool top with Chinese gallnut natural dye was analyzed by experiment,the best processes were obtained,including the extraction process,dyeing method,type and dosage of mordant agent,pH,concentration of dye solution,temperature and time.The rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the dyed wool tops were tested.The test results can reach above grade 3,which can meet the fastness requirements of worsted textiles.
