摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)初诊时进行及时转诊的必要性及意义。方法回顾性分析2017年01月至2020年10月广东省第二人民医院诊治的52例外院转诊的CSP患者。根据转诊前是否接受过治疗将其分为直接转诊组(A组,n=39)及治疗后转诊组(B组,n=13)。比较两组的基本资料、术中出血、住院时间、住院费用及治疗成功率等。结果两组患者的年龄、剖宫产次数、停经时间、治疗前血红蛋白及血hCG的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后转诊组需要急诊手术的比例均显著高于直接转诊组(P<0.001)。直接转诊组的术中出血及住院时间均显著低于治疗后转诊组(P<0.05)。结论对于存在诊断和治疗困难的CSP应进行及时转诊,避免延误及盲目治疗。Objective To explore the necessity and significance of prompt referral in initial treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods A retrospective analysis of 52 cases of CSP referred to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2020.According to whether they received treatment before referral,they were divided into direct referral group(group A,n=39)and post-treatment referral group(group B,n=39).The basic characteristics,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in age,number of cesarean section,time of menopause,hemoglobin and hCG before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of emergency surgery in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization time of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions CSP with difficulty in diagnosis and treatment should be referred promptly to avoid delayed and blind treatment.
