摘 要:彝语文翻译人才培养模式积累了丰富的实践经验,具有彝语文翻译人才培养作用的彝汉双语教育教学实践至少可追溯到清朝末年的1907年。各个时期的彝语文翻译人才培养主体实行了不同的培养模式,并培养了符合当时社会发展需要的彝语文翻译人才,对彝区社会的发展和彝族与各兄弟民族间的交往交流交融产生了积极的作用。新时代彝语文翻译人才培养要把政治思想教育放在首位,依法依规培养彝语文翻译人才;改变观念,唯德唯才培养彝语文翻译人才;以创新创业精神,多管齐下培养彝语文翻译人才;加强多方合作,同心协力培养彝语文翻译人才等。The training mode of Yi language translation talents has accumulated rich practical experi⁃ence,and the teaching practice of Yi-Chinese bilingual education with the function of training Yi language translation talents can be traced back to at least 1907 in the late Qing dynasty.In different periods,the train⁃ing subjects of Yi language translators implemented different training modes,and trained Yi language transla⁃tors who met the needs of social development at that time,which played a positive role in the social develop⁃ment of Yi area and the exchanges and exchanges between Yi people and other fraternal nationalities.In the new era,we should put political and ideological education in the first place and train Yi language translators according to laws and regulations.Change ideas,cultivate Yi language translation talents only by virtue and talent;Cultivate Yi language translation talents in a multi-pronged manner with innovative and entrepreneur⁃ial spirit;Strengthen multi-party cooperation and make concerted efforts to train Yi language translation tal⁃ents.
