指压疗法治疗软组织外伤引起的急慢性颈肩腰腿痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨指压疗法治疗软组织外伤引起的急慢性颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法:选取赣州市第五人民医院2020年3-10月收治的60例由软组织外伤所致急慢性颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组给予西药治疗(氯唑沙宗片、布洛芬颗粒),观察组在对照组基础上,采用损伤肌肉起止点指压推拿手法施治。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及疼痛情况。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对由软组织外伤所致急慢性颈肩腰腿痛患者,通过采用指压疗法来治疗,效果好,能显著减轻患者疼痛,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of finger pressing therapy in the treatment of acute and chronic neck shoulder lumbar leg pain caused by soft tissue trauma.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute and chronic neck shoulder lumbar leg pain caused by soft tissue trauma who were admitted to Ganzhou Fifth People’s Hospital from March to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine (Chlorzoxazone Tablets,Ibuprofen Granules),and the observation group was treated with finger pressure and massage at the start and end points of the injured muscle on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and pain were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than those of before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33% of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with acute and chronic neck shoulder lumbar leg pain caused by soft tissue trauma,the application of finger pressing therapy has good effect,can significantly reduce the pain of patients,and will not increase the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
