摘　　要：物流园区影响城市空间布局,其发展水平和质量也代表着一个城市的经济发展水平。通过货运集疏运和空间规划协作,可合理预测货物总量,确定物流园区规模,优化物流园区布局,构建货运集疏运体系,指导城市物流园区建设,落实重点物流园区用地规模、集疏运体系构建、交通组织、形象塑造等空间方面的相关策略,解决物流园区空间发展和现实问题。Logistics parks affect the spatial layout of a city,and their development level and quality also represent the level of development level of a city.Through the collaboration of freight collection and distribution and space planning,we can reasonably predict the goods quantity,determine the scale of logistics park,optimize the layout of logistics park,build a freight transportation system,guide the construction of urban logistics park,and implement the relevant spatial strategies of key logistics park land scale,the construction of transportation system,traffic organization and image shaping,etc.,so as to solve the space development and practical problems of logistics parks.
