摘　　要：通过对本项目的分析,探讨产业园设计的共同性与差异性,特别是产业功能与设计之间的协调性,以及其初衷目标与建成结果的展现率,从而导出只有先有用户而后再设计才会有差异性、项目特色与经济效益的认知,避免由于盲目跟风工程给城市社会效益带来损害(见图1)。Through the analysis of this project,the commonality and difference of industrial park design are discussed,especially the coordination between industrial function and design,as well as the display rate of its original intention and construction results,so as to derive that there will only be the cognition on differences,project characteristics and economic benefits after the users are determined.Thus,it can avoid the damage to the social benefits of the city caused by blindly following the trend(refer to Figure 1).
