摘　　要：抛绣球是壮族传统体育运动项目之一,具有悠久的历史。抛绣球运动在历史发展过程中融合了壮族独特的地域文化,其自身的独特性融合了其鲜明的民族性,使这项民族传统体育运动富有巨大的推广价值与潜力。在“文化强国”的大背景下,通过追溯绣球运动的历史起源、作用及历史演化,能够厘清其蕴含的文化渊源与历史脉络;通过探讨抛绣球运动的传承价值,可以有效提升文化自信。以此为抛绣球运动的发展及多元化应用提出行之有效的建议与方法:通过抛绣球运动进课堂、利用信息技术推广抛绣球运动等创新性发展模式加强抛绣球运动的宣传力度,扩大知名度,使抛绣球这项民族传统体育运动得到更好地传承与保护。Throwing Hydrangea is one of the traditional sports of Zhuang nationality,which has a long history.In the process of historical development,the movement of throwing Hydrangea has integrated the unique regional culture of Zhuang nationality,and its own uniqueness has integrated its distinct nationality,which makes this national traditional sports rich in promotion value and potential.In"the context of cultural power",by tracing back the historical origin,function and evolution of the hydrangea movement,we can clarify its profound cultural origin and historical context;By discussing the inheritance value of throwing Hydrangea as a traditional sport,we can effectively enhance cultural confidence.This paper puts forward effective suggestions and methods for the future development and diversified application of throwing Hydrangea:through the innovative development mode of throwing Hydrangea into the classroom,using information technology to promote throwing Hydrangea,strengthen the publicity of throwing Hydrangea,expand the popularity,so that throwing Hydrangea,the national traditional sports,can be better inherited and protected.
