摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对英格兰职业足球转会制度演进进行探讨,研究认为,英格兰职业足球转会制度演进是一个剩余控制权争夺调整的配置过程,是一个利益争抢博弈的协调过程,同时也是一个自身转会制度不断创建、修订、完善的过程。在分析英格兰职业足球转会制度演进经验的基础上,提出了对我国职业足球转会制度改革的启示,旨在为我国职业足球转会制度建设提供借鉴。Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper discusses the evolution of England's professional football transfer system.The research holds that the evolution of England's professional football transfer system is a configuration process of residual control competition and adjustment,a coordination process of interest competition game,and a perfect process of continuous creation and revision of its own transfer system.Based on the analysis of the evolution experience of England's professional football transfer system,this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the reform of China's professional football transfer system,in order to provide reference for the establishment of China's professional football transfer system.
