摘  要:为加强对集中式空调在确保设计服务质量前提下变流量冷水系统节能运行控制技术的基础研究,依据在GB/T 19232—2003《风机盘管机组》规定的额定试验工况条件下通过变流量调节获得的风机盘管机组样机试验数据,分析讨论了风与水两侧热力平衡、换热时间迟滞、冷水流动特性、供水温度对换热特性的影响。强调表冷器风与水两侧换热时间的迟滞属性应得到重视,并针对换热特性的应用提出了不同意见。In order to strengthen the basic research on the energy saving operation control technology of variable flow chilled water systems under the premise of ensuring the design service quality of central air conditioning systems,based on the experimental data of a fan-coil unit prototype obtained by variable flow regulation under the rated test conditions specified in GB/T 19232-2003 Fan-coil unit,analyses and discusses the effects of the thermal balance between air and water sides,heat exchange time lag,chilled water flow characteristics and water supply temperature on heat transfer characteristics.Emphasizes that the hysteresis property of heat transfer time between the air and water sides of surface coolers should be paid attention to,and puts forward different opinions for the application of heat transfer characteristics.
