摘 要:广东濒临南海、地处珠江流域下游,水网密布、河湖众多、水资源丰富。智慧水利建设及河长制日常工作中涉及到的水利资源数据(水利设施、涉水建筑等空间位置数据)具有来源多、数据量大、处理分析复杂等特点。常用的“实物ID”管理方法存在查询困难、管理模糊、应用低效等不足,无法满足业务管理需求。基于GeoSOT地球剖分理论发展的北斗网格位置编码和北斗时间剖分编码技术,已经成为国家北斗系统推动的国家标准。这项技术可以实现空间的唯一标识,进而将空间剖分思想拓展到时间领域,使空间与时间同时实现离散数字化。针对水利业务管理精准化、查询高效化和操作可视化等需求,运用北斗网格码技术可以兼容现行的各种地图分幅体系,加速数据融合,有效降低计算维度,提高计算效率,使智慧水利监测范围更精细,助力智慧水利应用普及。Guangdong is close to the South China Sea and located in the downstream of the Pearl River Basin,with dense water network,numerous rivers and lakes,and abundant water resources.The smart water resources data,involved in water conservancy construction and The River Chief System,has the characteristics of multiple sources,large amounts of data and complex.Common“The physical ID”management method has deficiencies such as difficulty in query,fuzzy management and low efficiency,which cannot meet the management demands of smart water conservancy construction.The Beidou grid coding technology based on the GeoSOT earth division theory has become one of the national standards.This technology can realize the unique identification of space,and then expand to the time domain to establish a multi-granularity division.Aiming at the needs of smart water conservancy construction management precision,query efficiency and operation visualization,the use of Beidou grid code which is compatible with various current map framing systems can effectively reduce calculation dimensions,improve calculation efficiency.Therefore,the smart water conservancy monitoring system can be more precise,and it would be easier to promote the smart water conservancy applications.
