摘　　要：人类活动和气候变化影响下,河湖自然水文循环过程发生重大改变,严重威胁水生态、环境安全,河湖生态流量保障具有重要意义。城市区域河湖受到的人为干扰和破坏十分严重,但针对城市河湖生态流量保障的研究较少,相关生态流量保障实践也十分缺乏,在生态文明建设大背景下,开展城市河湖生态保障的研究和实践工作具有重大现实意义。该文以广州市越秀区2河4湖为研究对象,从河湖基本情况和生态流量保障存在的问题出发,梳理生态流量保障目标和科学适用的计算方法,提出2河4湖生态流量保障的方案和具体建议,以期为越秀区乃至全国生态文明建设和经济社会健康发展提供科技支持。Under the influence of human activities and climate change,the natural hydrological cycle of rivers and lakes has undergone significant changes,which seriously threatens water ecology and water environment security.Therefore,ecological flow protection of rivers and lakes is of great significance.Urban rivers and lakes are seriously disturbed by human activities.However,there are relatively few studies on the ecological flow protection of urban rivers and lakes,and the ecological flow protection practices are also very short.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,it is of great practical significance to perform research and practice on ecological flow protection of urban rivers and lakes.In this study,2 rivers and 4 lakes in Yuexiu,Guangzhou are taken as the research objects.The fundamental situation of the rivers and lakes and the problems of ecological flow are presented.Then the goal of ecological flow protection and the calculation method of ecological flow are discussed.Finally,the scheme of ecological flow protection and several suggestions are put forward.This study will promisingly provide scientific support for the ecological civilization construction and the healthy development of economic society of Yuexiu,as well as China.
