摘  要:利用Ansys有限元模型,对有支撑梁的某船闸闸室空箱层分层施工进行施工期温度与温度应力分析。研究表明:紧靠支撑梁的空箱侧墙部位是温控的重点和难点,特别是侧墙外表面早期混凝土抗裂安全系数不满足规范要求。通过对不同厚度泡沫保温板保温温控防裂效果分析,确定采用钢模板外贴1 cm厚泡沫保温板7 d拆模的温控方案,可满足要求。Based on ANSYS finite element model,the temperature and thermal stress during the layered construction of a ship lock chamber with supporting beam are analyzed.The study shows that the side wall of the empty box close to the support beam is the key and difficult point of temperature control,especially the safety factor of early concrete cracking on the outer surface of the side wall does not meet the requirements of the specification.Through the analysis of the temperature control and crack prevention effect of different thickness foam insulation boards,the temperature control scheme of 7d form removal with 1cm thick foam insulation board outside the steel formwork is determined to meet the requirements.
