人字闸门背拉杆施加预应力数字化技术研究与应用

摘　　要：结合工程实例,介绍一种平衡梁式背拉杆预应力施加装置,采用应力数字化监测技术,用于同组多支背拉杆预应力施加调整,同时监测门叶的变形,实现施加预应力后门体基本垂直悬挂,安装质量优良,可在同类工程中推广应用。Combining with the engineering example,this paper introduces a kind of balance beam type back tie bar prestress application device,adopts the stress digital monitoring technology,which is used for the same group of multiple back tie bar prestress application adjustment,and monitors the deformation of the door leaf,realizes the basic vertical suspension of the door body after prestress application,and has good installation quality,which can be popularized in similar projects.
