摘  要:针对拉伸或压缩、弯曲、扭转、剪切4种基本受力变形,对1mm、5mm、10mm 3种不同的过渡圆角分别进行仿真分析。结果表明:4种受力变形条件下,均会在过渡圆角处产生应力集中,其中弯曲变形时的圆角应力放大系数最大,扭转变形时的应力放大系数最小,并且最大应力集中点均在圆角起始阶段,后续应力会逐渐降低,在剪切变形时应尽量避免结构变化而产生过渡圆角。研究结果为今后过渡圆角的优化设计提供了参考与理论依据。In view of the four basic stress deformations of tension,compression,bending,torsion,and shear,the simulation analysis of three different transition fillets of 1mm,5mm,10mm was carried out respectively.The results show that stress concentration occurs at the transition fillet under the four kinds of stress deformation conditions,and the fillet stress amplification coefficient is the maximum under bending deformation and the minimun under torsion deformation.The maximum stress concentration point is at the initial stage of fillet,and the subsequent stress gradually decreases.During shear deformation,the transition fillet caused by structural change should be avoided.The research results provide a reference and theoretical basis for the optimization design of the transition fillet in the future.
