摘　　要：随着国家对实操技术人才的需求不断增加,汽车起动系统组成模块的理论及实操专业人才需求与日俱增。汽车启动过程的隐蔽性,不利于技能实践实操。以汽车启动系统为研究对象,研发实物台架为目标,实现汽车起动系统控制电路的工作参数展示及故障检测,以及主要部件起动机的结构认知、拆装及检测等功能,对汽车起动系统多模块结构演示意义重大。台架的设计直观合理,对实操技能训练具有重要意义。With the increasing demand for practical technical talents in China,the demand for theoretical and practical talents of automobile starting system module is increasing.Considering the concealment of automobile start-up process is not conducive to skill practice.In this paper,the vehicle starting system as the research object,the development of physical bench as the goal.It is of great significance for the multi-module structure demonstration of automobile starting system to realize the display of working parameters and fault detection of the control circuit of automobile starting system,as well as the structure cognition,disassembly and detection of the main component starter.The design of the bench is intuitive and reasonable,which is of great significance to the practical skill training.
