《尤利西斯》汉译文本间性研究  

On the Intertextuality in Ulysses s Chinese Translation

摘　　要：翻译天生就具有文本间性关系,译文与原文存在着相互指涉关系,因此把文本间性引入翻译研究开拓了研究的新境界。翻译研究特别是文本研究不应局限于字词句段微观层面的对照批评,而是应该把研究视角指向译文与原文、译文与引文、译文与译文之间的间性关系。以《尤利西斯》的金隄译本与萧乾、文洁若译本作为研究对象,分析各种翻译文本之间的间性关系发现,不同文本之间的指涉程度越高,译文越忠实于原文,它们之间的间性关系越紧密,因此翻译的文本间性就是要译者尽可能地把译文与原文的相互指涉关系尽最大程度呈现出来,而不能随意地发挥译者的主体性,导致译文不忠实于原文。Translation is inherently intertextual,which means that the target text and the original text have mutual referential relations.Therefore,the introduction of intertextuality into translation studies has opened up a new realm for its research.Translation study,especially textual study is no longer limited to contrastive criticism at the micro level of words and sentences.It will explore the intertextual relations between the translation and the original text,the translation and the quotation,the translation and the translation,so as to explore what kind of enlightenment the inter-relationship between these texts has on Translation studies.Taking Jin Di s and Xiao Qian and Wen Jieruo s versions of Ulysses as the examples to analyze the intertextuality,it finds that the higher the degree of reference between different texts,the more faithful the translation is to the original text,and the closer the inter-textual relationship between them is.Therefore,the intertextual ethics of translation is to ask the translators to realize the mutual reference relationship between the translation and the original as much as possible and the over subjectivity of translator will lead to the unfaithfulness of the translation to the original.
