摘 要:[目的]本文旨在明确藿香油与肉桂油及其混配后对朱砂叶螨的生物活性。[方法]采用喷雾法测定藿香油和肉桂油对朱砂叶螨的喷雾毒力,分析了LC_(50)的藿香油和肉桂油及二者的最佳配比的混合物对朱砂叶螨的产卵抑制率、驱避率以及移动距离和移动频率。[结果]喷雾毒力试验中,藿香油喷雾处理朱砂叶螨的LC_(50)为0.48%(24 h);肉桂油喷雾处理朱砂叶螨的LC_(50)为0.83%(24 h)。藿香油与肉桂油防控朱砂叶螨的最佳配比是7∶3,最佳配比处理朱砂叶螨的死亡率为61.11%(24 h)。经LC_(50)的藿香油和肉桂油处理朱砂叶螨发现其产卵抑制率、驱避率均低于7∶3混合物处理,且经LC_(50)的藿香油和肉桂油处理朱砂叶螨发现其移动距离和移动频率均高于7∶3混合物处理。[结论]藿香油与肉桂油7∶3混配后对朱砂叶螨具有增效作用。本研究为绿色农药的科学应用提供了理论依据。[Objective]To determine the biological activity of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil and their mixture against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.[Methods]The spray toxicities of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil against T.cinnabarinus were determined by spray method.The oviposition inhibition rate,percent repellency,mobile distance and mobile frequency of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil at the concentration of LC_(50) and their mixtures of optimal proportion against T.cinnabarinus were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that LC_(50) of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil was 0.48%and 0.83%at 24 h against T.cinnabarinus,respectively;The optimal proportion of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil for preventing and controlling T.cinnabarinus was 7:3.The mortality rate of the mixture at 7:3 was 61.11%at 24 h.The oviposition inhibition rate and percent repellency of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil at LC_(50) were lower than the 7:3 mixture of theirs.The mobile distance and mobile frequency of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil at LC_(50) were higher than the 7:3 mixture of theirs.[Conclusion]The mixture of patchouli oil and cinnamon oil at 7:3 had synergistic effect against T.cinnabarinus.This study provides a theoretical basis for the scientific application of green pesticides.
