摘 要:目的制备枸橼酸喷托维林缓释微囊。方法采用壳聚糖-海藻酸钠为囊材,用复凝聚法制备枸橼酸喷托维林微囊,以包封率为评价指标,进行单因素考察,同时应用正交试验优化,筛选出最佳制备处方及工艺。结果微囊的最佳处方和工艺条件:壳聚糖浓度为1%,成囊pH为3,温度为10℃。该方法制得的微囊包封率可达45%,载药量为11%,12 h的累积释放量达到95.2%,具有一定的缓释效果。结论本工艺简单、可行,制得的微囊成形性好。Objective To prepare pentoxyverine citrate sustained-release micro-capsules.Methods With chitosan and sodium alginate as the capsule material,pentovelin citrate micro-capsules were prepared by complex coagulation method.The encapsulation rate was used as the evaluation index,the single factor was investigated,and the optimal preparation prescription and process were screened out by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum conditions for micro-capsules included:the concentration of chitosan at 1%,pH 3 and temperature at 10℃.The encapsulation rate of microcapsules obtained by this method reached 45%,the drug loading was 11%,and the 12 hours cumulative release reached 95.2%,including a sustained release effect.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible,and the micro-capsules prepared show good formability.
