摘　　要：万古霉素是临床常用的糖肽类抗菌药物,是治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染的一线用药。万古霉素治疗药物监测和合理使用的指南陆续发布,目的在于优化万古霉素的临床应用,提高抗感染效果及降低其不良反应发生的风险。万古霉素在不同病理状态下可表现出明显的个体差异,通过建立不同人群的群体药代动力学模型有助于充分了解该人群万古霉素的药动学和药效学特征,有助于更加精准地制订个体化给药方案。本文就近年来处于某些特殊病理状态,如伴发血液系统疾病、接受重症监护及神经外科术后等人群的万古霉素群体药代动力学模型的研究情况展开概述,旨在加强对该领域研究进展的了解。Vancomycin,as a common used glycopeptide antibiotic is the first-line drug for methicillinresistant staphylococcus aureus infection.Guidelines for the rational use of vancomycin have been published to improve the anti-infection effect and reduce the adverse reactions.Vancomycin shows obvious individual differences in different pathological states.The population pharmacokinetic models help fully understand the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of vancomycin in those population,and to make individualized administration scheme.In this paper,we reviewed the studies on population pharmacokinetic models of vancomycin in patients with special pathological states in recent years,such as hematological diseases,under intensive care and after neurosurgeries.
