摘　　要：目的建立藏橐吾药材的质量标准。方法参照2020年版《中国药典》第四部通则,对藏橐吾药材的各检查项及浸出物进行测定。采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中蜂斗菜素的含量。结果藏橐吾药材在性状、显微和TLC鉴别方面均具有专属性特征;水分含量为8.58%~10.12%,总灰分为5.95%~10.53%,酸不溶性灰分含量为1.23%~4.77%;热浸法水溶性浸出物含量为44.30%~50.96%,蜂斗菜素在9.79~45.67μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)内与峰面积线性关系良好。藏橐吾药材中蜂斗菜素含量为0.116%~0.168%。结论该方法可为藏橐吾药材质量标准的建立提供参考。Objective To establish the quality standard of Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu.Methods The inspection items and extract of Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu were determined with reference to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume IV),2020.The content of petasin was determined by HPLC.Results Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu had specific characteristics in character,microscopic and TLC identification.The moisture content of Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu was 8.58%~10.12%,the total ash content was 5.95%~10.53%,the acid insoluble ash content was 1.23%~4.77%;and the water-soluble extract of hot leaching method was 44.30%~50.96%.Petasin had a good linearity and accuracy at 9.79~45.67μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996).The content of petasin in Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu ranged from 0.116%to 0.168%.Conclusion The method provides a scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard for Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S.W.Liu.
