某院脑梗死患者中成药临床应用的药物相关问题分析

摘　　要：目的研究某院神经内科脑梗死患者中成药应用的药物相关问题(DRPs),分析用药合理性。方法依据相关指南、法规等点评分析2020年1月至12月入住某院神经内科的脑梗死患者的用药医嘱,运用欧洲医药保健网(PCNE)分类系统分类汇总中成药医嘱DRPs,并进行统计分析。结果共收集到2020年某院神经内科住院脑梗死患者764例次,使用了中成药的患者583例次,发生DRPs 83例次。理血剂引起的DRPs数量最多,其次为补益剂。患有10种及以上疾病、服用3种及以上中成药的患者更有可能出现DRPs(P<0.05)。“治疗安全性”在问题中占比最高(57.83%);原因最多的为“药物选择”(47.71%)。结论中成药临床应用的规范性有待提升,运用PCNE有助于促进中成药合理用药。Objective To explore the drug-related problems(DRPs)in traditional Chinese patent medicine in patients with cerebral infarction in the Neurology Department,and analyze the rationality of medical orders.Methods The traditional Chinese patent medicine records of patients with cerebral infarction in the Neurology Department from January to December 2020 were reviewed based commented on related guidelines and regulations.DRPs of traditional Chinese patent medicine were classified and summarized by the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe(PCNE)classification system.The data were analyzed.Results Totally 764 patients were included with cerebral infarction,583 of who used traditional Chinese patent medicine.The number of DRPs was 83,with DRPs by blood-regulating drugs being the most common,followed by tonic prescriptions.Patients who had ten or more diseases and took three or more traditional Chinese patent medicines were more likely to show DRPs(P<0.05).DRPs mainly involved treatment safety(57.83%).Drug selection caused the highest incidence of DRPs(47.71%).Conclusion Irrational medical usage of traditional Chinese patent medicine exists among patients with cerebral infarction in the Neurology Department.The application of PCNE helps improve the rational drug use of traditional Chinese patent medicine.
